The “Shuvalovo” warehouse terminal is located in the Primorsky district of St. Petersburg, at 28 Shuvalovsky Prospekt, in the Kolomyagi industrial zone.

On the territory of the terminal there are 2 one-story warehouse buildings with a total area of over 12,000 m2, equipped with car loading and unloading ramps, and a two-story administrative building. There are access railroad tracks.

The height of the ceilings of the warehouses is from 8 to 10 m. The buildings are partially heated. Warehouses are equipped with an automatic fire extinguishing system. The warehouse terminal is guarded around the clock and equipped with a video surveillance system.
