The history of the company dates back to April 1964, when the Leningrad office of Glavsnabsbyt of the State Committee of the Council of Ministers of the USSR for publishing, printing and book trade was founded.
The main task assigned to the new organisation was the supply of printing materials, spare parts, paper and cardboard for printing houses and publishing houses in Leningrad, the region and the North-West region of the country.
Between 1964 and 1993 the enterprise changed its name several times and by the time of privatisation in 1993 it was called the State Enterprise Lensnabpechat.
In 1993, during the privatisation of a state-owned enterprise, in accordance with the privatisation plan, Lensnabpechat was established.
In 1996, a change in the management team took place at Lensnabpechat OJSC. The new managers are consistently implementing a program of economic development, as well as updating and developing the material and technical base of the enterprise.
